Appointment of Dan Levy as

CFO of the group

Paris, June 9, 2022 –

Ipsos announces the appointment of Dan Levy as CFO of the group from June 10, 2022.

After studying as an economist and statistician, Dan Levy spent the first part of his career from 2001 to 2010 in the Ministry of Finance, the Treasury Department and then the Budget Department, performing economic, financial and control functions. From 2005 to 2007 he was sent as an economist to the UK Department of Finance in London.

In 2010, Dan joined Societe Generale, where he has held various positions to date. Initially in the General Inspectorate, where for 3 years he managed audit and consulting tasks in France and abroad for all banking companies. Dan later became a senior banker responsible for strategic relations (finance and mergers and acquisitions) with Midcaps’ clients in technology, engineering and business services. In 2017, Dan took over operational functions, led a project to merge two business centers dedicated to the bank’s large corporate clients, and then became director of the resulting business center (“front” of 230 people).

Dan is a former student at the Polytechnic School (1996 class), ENSAE (National School of Statistics and Economic Management) and Sciences Po Paris.

Dan Levy said:

“I am very happy and proud to have joined the Ipsos management team as CFO. I truly thank Ben Page for his trust. In a complex and uncertain world, Ipsos plays an important role in helping governments and companies decipher key societal trends, public opinion, and consumer, employee, and citizen behavior. I look forward to putting my energy, my financial skills, and my international and managerial experience at the service of a global and innovative group whose success and development over the past decades has been respected and admired. »

Dan Levy will report to Ben Page, CEO of Ipsos, and will replace Lawrence Stocklet, Deputy Chief Executive Officer of the Group, who is still responsible for Ipsos’ financial and support functions.

Lawrence Stocklet said:

“I am confident that the transition with Dan Levy, whom Ben Page chose as my successor, will be successful. He will be able to rely on me for several months of transition and, above all, on teams that are strong and stable in finance and reporting, with an average experience of 14 years. Dan is not only an experienced financier, but also an enthusiast of data and statistics, like all key people at Ipsos. »

Lawrence Stocklet’s term as Deputy Chief Executive Officer and his participation in the Group’s Executive Committee expires on September 30, 2022, when his other executive functions will be transferred. Lawrence Stocklet will continue to advise Ben Page on certain minority interests that are not consolidated in the accounts of the Group or the minority partners with whom it will continue to represent the Group.

Ben Page said:

“I am pleased to welcome Dan as our new Chief Financial Officer, who will work closely with me on our new leadership team. Dan’s extensive skills in finance, M&A and treasury management, as well as his strong international experience and management of large and diverse teams, make him the right choice for Ipsos, especially for our growth strategy. 2025, which I will be pleased to announce on June 14th I would also like to thank Lawrence for her significant contribution over the past twenty years to building our global network and infrastructure, which today enables our further growth. »
